Please always use sunscreen everyday! Even if its rainy/cloudy, especially when you are using retinol every night. 🙏 you are so beautiful, please please read up on this and use a good sunscreen always (well except for the nights obvi)😘

i use coconut oil on my hair too!! it’s actually really good but i would recommend letting it sit over night and wash it off in the morning (i learned that it has to stay at least 4hours for it to work best). take care and stay safe

I’m a grown woman and I live in Oslo, Norway, but had to move to my parents due to corona. I eat lunch with the every day at 11. I went upstairs now and my dad yelled “have a good work day” i said thanks, went into my childhood bedroom and immediately clicked on this video. People, I know Claudia, Kennedy and Brandon are incredibly gorgeous but so are you. Don't feel bad because you think you are not naturally beautiful like them. I was feeling like that latelly and specially with Claudia being so tiny and fit, made my ED hit hard. Its not her fault at all, she can't help being pretty. They are people like everyone else. Let's stop comparing ourselfs with other people and just appreciate who we are. We are more than a body, we need to care for our souls and minds.
