Around 23:00 - 26:00: Good clarifications. Internal auditors need to be “competent”, which we can achieve via some training. Also, the example provided regarding the need for the QMS or Audit Plan to have a process for appealing an auditor finding. The example provided where an auditor audits something that is out of scope was helpful. Good channel on Quality ❤️
