They were run flats in real life, have a look at the review of the EBR90 on the Aussie Armour museum. However, a 183mm shell weighed 72kg. That should have flipped the wheeled cockroache into the El Halluf!

68kg shell travelling 700m/s delivers = 16 million joules to a 1210kg vehicle that does not even impede its progress. At the very least it should stop the forward progress with a potential shove of 150m/s away from the FV. This ignores the explosive force of the shell. The same shell just wiped several tanks off the map.

Exactly. WG realized that the EBR was seriously broken so to try and balance it they changed MM so each team has an EBR, but that ignores every other light tank playing in that battle is still at a disadvantage. The auto-aiming of the EBR is almost as broken as the artillery god view.

@@nacho71ar Don't need to 'balance' the EBR. Just need to make it a normal vehicle. Not able to do the impossible. Take the tumble, for example. The whole crew would be dead. And how does the crew have better G handling ability than a fighter pilot possesses. Just like they said, this thing belongs in Mario Cart. It's able to do the impossible.

The first thing that came into my head, and subsequently issued forth from my word hole, was exactly what you said. Hitting a clown car with the most powerful gun in the game and doing no damage is fucking stupid. Between clown cars, rocket boosted tanks and machine-gun tanks that can chew through heavy tanks like butter, this game has gone beyond ridiculous. Might as well add flying tanks next.

A month ago when I was playing with Phase I, I discovered the position of the SPG, shot the first time, not penetrated, the second time not penetrated, and to make matters worse I used gold ammunition. I have the correct spg name written down somewhere, but I know it was tier 8. After that? I play the game as a ghost. I don't react to anything. Nothing can surprise me.

Claus, Canada used to have 114 Leopard 1, but they are no longer in active service. In the meantime, the Canadian Armed Forces have replaced them with Leopard 2.

The Minotaur ultimately lost the game. He had all the time he would have needed to go for the Arty and thus keep the RNG factor as small as possible. At least he himself was nuked by the Arty, which he simply ignored. Too bad for FV.

7:13 agreed, it's dumb... any tank hit by an almost 4 tonne round will take damage... period... IRL an FV4005 blew off a Centurion turret and heavily damaged the Super Conqueror test platform. Google "FV4005 Hesh vs Conqueror test - 1955. White + was the aimpoint. The Conq lost side skirts, track, several suspension bogies and had 12 turret ring bolts destroyed. "... I don't understand how EBR's havent been balanced yet... awesome speed is fine... invulnerability not so much... that thing should have turned into scrap metal pieces... -sigh-

In regards to the EBR I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that when you shoot and destroy a tank, there’s no reason that their spotter or commander would have time to see the shot coming while they’re things blowing up radio out your location. Now I know the FV did not kill the EBR in the situation, however With EBR dying there’s no way they should’ve been able to signal the other tanks your position and once he’s dead, he’s no longer responding you you should not be remain spotted?

5 days or so remaining in the marathon... So 5 days with 0 random battles for me. The game is unplayable. Suicide muppets, 2 or 3 afk players at the start if the mm is bad, so they can play mooore games in 1 day, with 0 focus, with 200 exp per game in hours and hours of bad play, only to receive a pixel tank incapable of hit a house (today they hit pretty fine... When the marathon is finished and no more people waste money in this crap, the real gun stats are going to bring tears...)

That FV played amazing but I don’t understand his actions after he got spotted. It’s like he panicked like a little girl and took a stroll along the ridge watching the amazing view. All he had to do was go BACK. Might have gotten shot by 2 artys but not the 60tp and the stb TWICE. Then once everything happened right before the last shot he was almost to safety behind the rock. Why stop and admire the stb? Just blows my mind. But GG to him all day everyday!!!!

Nah, Claus - nothing stupid going on here. After all, the 183mm gun was for 10k ton Kirov class light cruisers designed to penetrate 60-100 mm of destroyer and light cruiser armor at up to 40k yards. Of course it bounces off of a 13 ton EBR's 10 mm wheel.

I think his mistake was to carry on along the ridge line rather than turn back into the base below the ridgeline and yeah he would have taken 1 more from arty perhaps and yeah may have been killed but it was a better option than going along the ridge with the STB-1 firing sub 6 secs at you and keeping you spotted, but this is ofc hind sight and i get sometime we all make decisions that we later regret on reviewing our choices 🙂 P.S. - if i wanted to play Mario Kart WG i would but then i wouldnt be forced to face EBR's that defy every known physics law to human kind - i expect that in Mario in RL no tank can perform these feats - SORT IT OUT WG
