I won Kolobanovs way back when the tier 6 Hellcat was way overpowered. Hid in a bush and sniped 4 enemies then went into cap. The other team started congratulating me in chat because their last player, arty, was AFK.

I have only won the Kolobanov medal once, it was one of my best games ever, and was a blast. This was a while ago, but it was cool, cause I had several people in the chat cheering me on. I swear my hands were shaking at the end.

I don’t play this game anymore, but I did win a Kolo once. I don’t know if it’s considered to be legitimate or by mistake. It was on Ghost town map. I was a tier 7-8 an bottom tier. My team was melting so fast. I was like it’s a blow out. So, I drove to the enemy cap. No one was there…. I sat there for the whole time while my team just melted. My entire team was gone in 2 minutes. It was funny though because after all my team died. Just when the clock ran out 13 enemy tanks came over the hills. As the victory was displayed on the screen I was looking at 13 enemies. Lol! I’m sure they were all pissed. But!!! That’s what happens when you get fixed on mop up or going for damage. People just don’t think anymore.

I have 3 Kolobanovs. The first one I recieved was early on in my playing days. I knocked out 6 tanks with my pre-nerfed T67, and stood alone against 5 and won. I didn't realize what was going on at the time, I was just moving and shooting. The next two were cheapies. I was alone against 5 and 6, but in Assault games. Time ran out as I was constantly running away. Don't recall what I was driving at the time. But my first was probably the best game I've played to date.

In the first game, always take out low HP tanks over high HP tanks due to the fact that their gun is still as dangerous with low HP as it is with high HP take that gun out of the equation..

I got a Kolobanoves medal in a t95. The enemy all "rushed" me one at a time from the same frontal direction on a city map with all my sides exposed and I just sat in one spot and shot one of them each reload.

Claus Kellerman 2:17 You're talking about good changes on this map. However, I am of the opinion that the first version of this map was much better. I love the open maps in WOT. Murowanka, prokhorovka, malinovka, Sand River. This map is intended for turret tanks. For heavy tanks. If you play med or light, you won't achieve much result on both flanks.

I have 5 Kolobanov's medals, I get one every 10k games. And a pool's medal once every 25k games. I have 48k games, so I am due for a pool's medal soon. I had 9 kills, and send it to Claus, but it wasn't good enough. I needed one more kill.

As a light player, I don't like all the changes on this map. The adjustments in the middle are indeed an improvement, but those on the south side are worthless. As a light player you can only hang around in the middle

Recently sold my SU 100. It was driving me crazy, missing constantly, then bouncing off targets when it did hit, plus it seems like they nerfed the aim time, and reload since the old days. I went from loving it years ago, to hating it now, so I said good bye to it.

Why the enemies did what they did because, no one told them otherwise. I also bet those same players don't watch Claus Kellerman either. Probably don't watch any YT or Twitch videos, at all. That is exactly why. If they DID watch this channel, they would already know what to do. First you need to move in a counter clockwise motion around the map. Then you need to find a ridge you can play from to stay safe, and a bush would help too. Then, if you losing, go near your cap, and hide in a bush. Also, if you don't know what to do, go back to your cap. They did none of this. I rest my case.

Your talk of epic rewards... I got a Steel Wall in my B-C 25T. Back when it was possible to have fail platoons a PZ I C got into a battle with a tier 10, he got behind me and started unloading mag after mag dumping rounds but couldn't pen. When I saw that I just let him sit back there wasting his ammo. I ended up blocking a crazy amount of damage, over 3K, thanks to that fail toon.

Play SU100 for 100 battles and 90 of them will not be 6s or top tier. You will always be at least 1 tier down because its overpowered.

I prefer to be at the bottom, guess that's just me. I don't change anything and shoot regular ammo too. Sometimes I'll never even use a tool kit or med pack either. Whatever happens, happens, you'll still make a profit most the time when you don't give a crap. You know why the tank spawns like that. Take advantage of the system with it.
