The reason I have claustrophobia is because I was stuck in a bathroom when I was a kid and the door handle broke. I was stuck for a few hours and the fire department had to break down the door (which was even scarier)and it caused me to have a massive fear of tight spaces. I will never go on elevators if possible and I will have to close my eyes and stand near the door.

Claustrophobia is probably my worst fear. That picture inside the cave really got me because that's where my claustrophobia started. I was on a school trip a lot of years ago in 2013 and one of the things we did on the trip was caving. I was shocked to see how tight the caves were, we had to crawl through most of them and I remember the light on my little helmet didn't work and I was in complete darkness, trying to follow other people's lights. There was another part of the cave where I felt I got stuck and nearly panicked. I was never more glad to get out of those caves when we were done and I have been scared of tight spaces, especially caves, ever since then.
