Probability Comparison: Phobias and Fears

From being afraid of spiders, balloons, doctors and clowns to being a Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia or an Anatidaephobia, we compare what people are scared off and the odds you watching may be frightened by them.
Disclaimer:
No official scientific sources exists for frequency of phobias. Probability videos on phobias that exists do not provide any sources. Therefore, cannot be used.
This video is a survey conducted by the KZbin Channel Reigarw Comparisons from 7 to 10 March 2020.
The survey and all the responses can be found is here: • Post , the processing information can be found here: • Post .
The data is collected from over 13494 comment responses, processed, categorized and group together by data and text analytics.
This is done based on the frequency of words, and connecting words. Verbs, adjectives and other common words such as "You" are excluded. Words with a frequency of less than 0.1% (19 responses) are excluded unfortunately. Words such as "lol, lmao etc" are also excluded.
The associated phobia may or may not represent the actual fear present.
Several words such as "Deep, Sea, Thalassophobia, Ocean etc" are grouped as "fear of the depth". and "Social, Anxiety, Embarassment, Crowd, Shame etc" are group as "fear of socializing"
The methodology of the survey is susceptible to underestimation, words incorrectly grouped and misrepresentation of a small group of KZbin audiences as opposed to the general population.
The research is not academically viable, proven or cannot hold any claim outside of for the viewers of the channel. It is only for entertainment and self information purpose for viewers of this channel.

Centipedes aren't harmful, I'm not really afraid of pretty much insects or animals except the ones that can be deadly. Its just that because you have a phobia, you'll be surprised that others don't have it because they either got over it, or haven't experienced the same thing. I don’t think it matters how dangerous it is, I think it’s just people (including me) don’t like crawly things, especially considering centipedes have 100 legs. Now I’ve never seen a centipede myself, but I’m assuming that I would be very afraid because I am afraid of all insects basically, and since big insects are feared by so many people, I would think that something like a centipede (big and really similar to an insect) is also feared by so many people.

You must be really addicted to phone. I do understand that people can have phobias of losing their phones since they can't call things just incase of emergency, but if you do really have a big phobia of it, then that's a particular sign you just use your phone too much. I'm not hating you and this reply doesn't make anyone to make feel themselves offended, and I'm actually just trying to reduce your phobia on your phones. Since during the good ol' times (I don't know how it was like back then without phones) for all those centuries, people survived without technology and electricity. But just because with this new idea of technology, more people are starting to become nomophobic. When BACK THEN they literally survived their entire life without a single use of technology. Its ok to have this phobia if you're born from a lower class or poor family, something like that since phones must be really expensive for you, but if you come from a rich family you must be little bit disgrateful or spoiled (I don't mean to hate you and please don't hate me for it, because I do have nomophobia myself but it isn't one of my biggest fears.) I used to be terrified of going blind until I was blind for 2 weeks that happened rapidly from a brain injury. I didn’t even know I was blind because I used to think blindness was just all black. Within a week I lost 95% and 98% of my vision. I saw bright gold all except the center of my vision was a tiny pear shaped hole of vision that had floaters pouring down and sometimes couldn’t see anything other than light. It wasn’t as scary as I used to imagine. I just tripped sometimes. Stairs were hard. I took the bus by myself I just asked the driver to stop at certain places. I lost my vision and got it back within a month. Lost most of it in less than two weeks, they treated the brain pressure with lumbar punctures and diomox (medicine) and I got my vision back within about 2 weeks. At the point I was legally blind I didn’t even know it. One of the interesting things that made me realize i was blind was looking in the mirror at my eyes that looked tired but I could only see one eye at a time and couldn’t see both my eyes when I looked in the mirror. Long story short I thought being blind would be terrifying until I went blind and realized it’s not as bad as I imagined. The scariest part when I was blind was the fear I would walk by a moose or a bear and not see it and get attacked. I live in Alaska. But that wasn’t as annoying as trying to go up and down stairs. It was annoying but not terrifying.
