Traveling from village to village and from tribe to tribe prospectively scouting areas for drilling wells. We spent no more than a night or two in one location... Next to the birth of my children, it was probably one of the most amazing and rewarding experiences... I truly hope to return someday, preferably in the near future, and reconnect with the friends I made while I was there. Allowing people or tourists to mingle with wild animals is inappropriate and disgusting. The wild animals seems already fed up or unappeased seeing so many vehicles and tourists with their flashing cameras. First of all, we human beings had already invaded their territories and now, tourists keep on disturbing them. O, my God, why don't we allow them to live peacefully ? My suggestion to every government is to build several HUGE TUBELIKE TRANSPARENT HIGHWAYS wherein people or tourists could travel, see and observe the wild animals without disturbing their natural habitats.

short question: Why are tourist walking in africas bushes without any cars,, or any other kind of protection ? Have you ever seen adult male lions fight overtheir territory? What do they expect to find in the african bush? Disney World? Nice friendly animals all kind? One thing that makes me kind of sad and angry at the same time by watching this - is when a wonderful african lion that made it to adulthood in harsh nature, to become a big lion is eventual killed because of these kind of safari fun - I do not call that fun, I call it kind of human race arrogance estupidy - sorry but that is just what it is - it is dangerous , tourists can get hurt or killed, and more sad: The lion who does just what nature tell him to do get shot.......and also when they run - they never can be sure of a eventual hiding of more lions, lionesses right? So in such a stupid situation - what do they want to do? Run away from mayby 4-5 or more lions? .......Even zebras are not able to do so sometimes......and they are living in that savana.......

In the 1st story, I wonder if the armed tour guide told them to stop recording, because he was getting ready to shoot the lioness🤔 I understand that they were threatened, at that point, but still they were coming into HER home! But I digress...

You do realize that we are on Earth and earth is our home too right? We have just as much a right to be in the wilderness as any animal and if attacked we have a right to defend ourselves by any means.

What's one common theme? The only people the Lions respected this entire video was the Natives.... And they only were armed with sticks and spears..

I'm surprised that there aren't more "innocent tourists" injured or killed!! Not only walking around or sleeping in flimsy tents, but also by stopping so close to wild animals in those open vehicles which offer no protection at all 😱

Exactly! My father had a camping safari company in Kenya. As a child I was fortunate enough to camp in Amboseli and Tsavo. In Amboseli elephants would come into the camp, they once damaged the truck to get to the food. In Tsavo East or west (cant recall) the camp had trenches and lions still came into the camp. It was exhilarating to hear them outside but I would not do it again after watching this. And we never had open vehicles. But having g said that my husband went on a walking trip with a Masai and they came across some lionsbin a Mara conservancy. He said they just stood still and all was well. Africa is great and I had incidents with snakes too but this video shows me that humans are chancers.

Tourist needs to know that Lions are ambush hunters. If there is a Lion in front of you while you’re recording there are 2 more right on side of you!
