Hi Clay artisan Jay, you are an absolute master at creating clay figures. Your videos look great, many of us would like to try it out and would like some advice, tutorial, etc. Unfortunately, there is no response from you. You don't speak in the videos, it's edited so that your creation looks very simple, just perfect, without mistakes. We would like to see the creation of at least one figure uncut. It can easily take 2 hours. And if you don't like to speak into the microphone, write at least a few tips on what to avoid...I really appreciate your work, but it wouldn't hurt to be kind to the people who create your audience.

Hello, thank you very much for all your support over the years. I am deeply grateful. I also hope to communicate and share my artistic work with everyone. Unfortunately, I don't speak English, so I rely on translations. I hope you can understand. I also have tutorial courses, but they are only available in Chinese. Currently, there is no English version, but I will consider releasing uncut videos later so that everyone can see clearly how I make clay sculptures. Thank you all.

Excellent excellent sculpture! I think his hairline is a tad bit high(pushed back),but other than that, great work indeed! Are you self taught or did you study somewhere? Your technique for the facial proportions is very unique from others I've seen!

What is the white paste you put onto the clay before you start sculpting it? I assume it is some kind of primer to give the sculpture A shiny appearance?

Hello, what I applied on the surface is baby powder, the kind that children use on their bodies, which can be purchased at mother and baby stores. The purpose of applying it on the surface is to make it smoother, reduce stickiness.

But I saw your video and it has inspired me to try polymer clay sculpture which to me is a completely new art medium. Most of the materials and tools I managed to figure out or find what they where online but the what I now know is powder I couldn't find. Thank you for the reply and thank you for introducing me to a new art form which looks like it holds so much possibilities and versatility(although your work is absolutely fantastic and I can only aspire to be able to create sculptures half as realistic as yours).
