I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love the electric fireplace, the island in the kitchen, and open shelves in the kitchen area and dining area, I would call that one room a pantry leading into the laundry room. I especially love the master bedroom and bathroom. The barn doors lead into the master bathroom. I love how spacious it is. May God bless you and your family.❤❤❤❤❤

A lot of videos with unhappy Clayton buyers online. They don't seal the floor where the pipes come through from the bottom in various locations. A lot of problems with rodents getting into the homes. Complaint after complaint that they don't fix the problem once the house is sold. They are a no-go builder for me.

Eliminate that big window in primary closet, wall with upper and lower hanging. Add transient window for light . I like kitchen with long island. Poor placement of microwave.Eliminate that glass divider/ Dining room. I like pass thru into laundry half pantry,half storage.Remove those WIRE racks and add 4-6 shelf cabinets.Eliminate those wire racks all over the house.Thanks Chance

Those was a beautiful home..... Very spacious! I love the layout, the windows in the dining room were amazing! I didn't mind the lack of upper cupboards because there seemed to be lots of lower cupboards. I wasn't crazy about the microwave placement, I'm getting too old to be bending lol. I think the only thing i really didn't like was the table against the island. It just looked very awkward being different materials, patterns and height. I would have preferred maybe just a much longer island. That's it tho, everything else was beautiful!

Hello Chance. Well, looking at the floorplan the Utility Room has the Water Heater AND the Furnace in it, where they belong. But you are showing a floorplan with the Water Heater access being in the bedroom closet! Which is it? As a matter of fact, the floorplan shows a spot for an Upright Freezer in the Utility Room, right in front the back door.

I love the kitchen except, I would move the extra island to the other end of the island and remove the glass partition, move the fridge next to the living room and side door. I would put in a double oven where the fridge was to compliment the drop in stove, I prefer a counter height microwave. I prefer a gas fireplace, but I do love the stonework around the electric fireplace. Great home layout.

I watched a video about how a family bought a manufactured home and when they finally moved in found all kinds of broken, nicked, out of line things wrong with it and they said they would come and fix everything but never did. If Warren Buffet owns Clayton homes, that's the company they bought it from. Having said that, this house is gorgeous!!! It doesn't look like there's a thing wrong with it!!!!!!

I think the glass wall thing is pretty, but all I can see is a ball hitting a pane of glass and/or fingerprints from my grandson all over them! Also, the TV area would look better without the bump out. My opinion, of course! I love the pantry though!

Love this! Really like the way they separated the dining area and the kitchen instead of a barn door. But just when I thought I was escaping the barn door, BAM it is in the master bedroom lol 😂. Still this is am amazing home!

Yup I would definitely live there. A little big for my husband and I but that's ok. I'd figure out something to do with the extra bedrooms believe me. All of the adult kids might get an idea of moving back in but we would have to put our foot down with that idea. You finally get them out of the nest and half of them try like hell to get right back in it! Lol

I stopped commenting long ago, because I guess, I am quite picky about how a home should be laid out. I found I was quite critical. That said this one's over all lay out, is all but spot on. I know that if I was to purchase, I could do a walk through, with a sales rep, and make changes to match what I believe would be perfect for me.

I dont like the placement of the fireplace.. It needs to be centered on that wall...I love the kitchen. I really like the divider between the kitchen & dining room. I don't like the placement of the microwave. I don't like where you go through the pantry to get into the living area. Replace those nasty wire shelves to wood shelves. Remove the windows in the closet. So, you can wrap the shelving around. I really like the bathroom. Thank you Chance for show all these homes. You have the greatest personality. They’re only thing that I find kind of “cheap” (and excuse me if I use this word )is the wire racking they use in the pantries and in the closets! They need to get away from those wire racking

Good morning, God Bless America! This one just left me wanting I love the windows ,but the addition to the island is just a waste . The placement of the microwave is awful. Large laundry room, but NO SINK? Water heater in closet😢. I do like the window in the master closet. Beautiful windows in master bath as well sadly they don't open! Like the three entrances. But this one has too many strikes for me. Thank you for doing all the foot work for all of us looking for a nice home ...
