Clayton is one of my favorite places to ride. They’ve been working on it a lot. Im only like 20 minutes away from there.

Definitely improved since my last visit in January 2023. This place flows so good.

Greetings friend, if the day was a little windy, this place is better, the route I don't see stones, it is better, good route of trails 🏆👈🏻🐰🤟🏻

yeah this place is about the smoothest trail that i've ridden in NJ even smoother than Hartshorne Woods and Six Mile Run

this trail looks awesome! questions, if someone has never been there before, how easy are the trail/s to find and also navigate(do you have to know where you are going)?
@allenkvextreme7 ай бұрын
Not so much because this place is fairly compact with moderately easy climbs and great flow going down. After circling around for 2 hours you will most likely hit every trail at least one time or more

Go on trail forks and it lays it out for you. The trails are marked and easy to follow. I’ve been there so many times. It’s a lot of fun.

Hey there, these trails were sick. I live in Bound Brook NJ ,just got into Mtb recently and enjoy watching your videos. I just bought a 2024 Trek Roscoe 6 hardtail and changed the stock tires to some slimmer Maxxis Aspens Xc tires since I ride around the neighborhood alot also and wanted some versatility. Will my setup and bike be ok to hit up trails like these and other more advanced as well? Any trails you might recommend that are on the smoother flowing side for beginners? Thanks bro, keep the vids going!

Hartshorne Woods Park, Allaire State Park, Six Mile Run (six mile needs 3 days after rain so it doesn't get too muddy) Clayton Park. All of these trails should be good enough for your bike.

@@allenkvextreme Thanks for the response, I'll hit up six mile to start off brotha. Keep up the videos! 👍 🚲

I'm looking for a place like that in northeastern NJ near Bergen County where I can super push it for fitness training. Do you have any suggestions?
@allenkvextreme7 ай бұрын
All trails in north jersey are rocky but ridable, there's nothing up north like clayton park unless you go on paved paths like Saddle River County Park. If you wanna ride the trails up north I'd check out, Alpine NJ, Ringwood State Park, High Mountain Preserve, Cedar Grove Trails and Emerson Woods Park. The closest places to you!

@@allenkvextreme Thanks! I've ridden Ringwood thousands of times - love it! In addition, I'm looking for less technical trails where I can do endurance and speed training with some good climbs - trails where I can ride all out without worrying about going OTB. I've also ridden the Saddle River bike path but it's too mellow and boring. I'm hoping to ride in Alps of Italy and Austria and need to seriously train.
