Just curious what your 400 and 200 pb are. Maybe not many 2s but even in a workout. Let me guess..maybe 21 low on a run in?

I noticed you are lifting the trap bar upside down (Or at least, upside down compared to how I do it). Does this provide some sort of benefit? Please note, I am relatively new to lifting weights.

It increases the range of motion, which increases strength gains by working your muscles in a more stretched position. Some muscles can’t even be worked in ROMs that are too short
