No disrespect, but isnt this pace pretty slow for you? Usually ive heard people tempo 1 minute slower than their mile PR, and shouldn't that be at 5:00 pace for you, not 5:40?

I’m not getting the purpose of the person on the green bike if there is someone already on a second bike recording the runners. You’re just hogging the track and aren’t any better than the old man in lane 1. At least he moved to lane 2 to accommodate y’all but you’re hogging up lanes 3-6 along with using lane 1. Otherwise, decent content.

i’m a 800m/1500 runner mid distance i’m a sophomore in hs rn but i’m mad skinny i’m 5’9 120 lbs and i wanna start lifting to help me track but i honestly don’t know what to do and i know i can’t do hypertrophy/bodybuilder kind of workouts, do u have a certain program or split or anything you’d recommend?

I don’t understand making a video about the OP and Salazar, but visibly restraining yourself from telling the full truth about that experience. Both Alberto Salazar and Nike have both proven themselves to having committed coaching malpractice. There are more than enough evidence that Nike, across multiple sports, that prove this. It’s really too bad because for so many people Nike is the pinnacle of running sport, and the disillusionment of the reality of the organization is so unfortunate. Add to that mix Treasure, who is mentally manipulative and abusive under the guise of building mental fortitude.
