My question here is : Lets say u executed a trade at 140, but instead of going up to 145, it smashes down to 120 or 110. U did not had any stop loss also. So in this case you could have lost $3000. There seems no risk management. No offence, but every trade placed should have SL.

There is a stop loss. Lots of videos show where I need to go into "loss control mode".

What? People who do very well trading stocks, forex, futures, crypto have no idea what a put option is... perhaps you meant, "If you don't know what a put option is, you shouldn't be trading options". I 100% agree with that statement.

Actual trade may have been executed within 44 seconds, but one would have to watch and wait for that trade setup time should also be considered. I mean one may have to wait 10 or 30, or 60 minutes before A+ setup occurs. So, all that time should be considered and not only actual trade execution time. Am I off here? If so please help me understand.

You aren't wrong, but I am talking about the "actual trade". This was all still done within an hour, so even if we say an hour... for me at least, $500 in an hour is pretty solid.
