Türkgücü had to play in the Munich Olympic Stadion in the 3th tier (69000 capacity), with only low 4 digit attendance.. the whole stadium thing is quite realistic (maybe not Berlin). Munich has only three grounds, that are 3 tier and up rated, and there are already 4 teams, that need those grounds (Bayern, Bayern II, 1860 and the Bayern Women Team). Because The Allianz Arena is only used by Bayern 1st Team, all other teams, want to play in the City Stadium at Grünwalder Straße (15000 capacity), but there are not enough slots there.. so when Türkgücü was promoted to the 3rd tier, they wandered around different Stadiums... The German Wikipedia page for the club has a whole section about it.. and its hilaroius...

My local Bayreuth (who are also in the Regionalliga Bayern) have a 21k capacity stadium (apparently, I've never seen it this full) and Würzburg also have a 10k+ ground, as do a few other teams in the other 4th divisions (Duisburg definitely have more than 20k, Aachen who just went up have 30k+). There's some pretty storied clubs down there who played a lot of Bundesliga/Second division football.

The Club used to play in the Olympiastadion in Munich, its probably a mistake by the person who made the Regionalliga Mod to put them in the Olympiastadion in Berlin.

Efecan barlik is my favourite striker this FM. I was doing a Turkish save with a club from the 3rd tier, bought him on a free when I was in the second tier and he scored 37 goals in 33 and next season in the superleague he had some injuries but still scored 26 in 33. Third season I could keep him away from Saudi but the beginning of the season he was already on 7 goals in 4 matches. Absolute beast, first player I got to play as a target forward and have success with!

As a Brazilian i have to tell you your ginga formation looks more like a lower league formation than a proper Brazilian old-school formation Brazilian football isn't just about attacking, the most iconic position in Brazilian football is actually a defensive midfielder, the "segundo volante" as it's called in-game (means second defensive midfielder) Brazilian football is mostly about free roaming threats, creating space via dribbles and creative playmakers with good long passes and vision The most "ginga" formation would be an relatively narrow 4-2-2-2 with 2 fast wingbacks giving it the width and 2 regular central defenders, a segundo volante and a destroyer ball winning midfielder, 2 creative cams, with at least 1 being a playmaker and two fast strikers up front, at least one being allowed to roam as a complete foward or trequartista

regarding your question on if players can just move between the second team and the first, no they cant, the second team is in a professional league of its own so the players have to be registered so outside transfer windows you cant move into the second team but can move out

Great challenge dude! To read the team's name I suggest dividing the word by two ( it's already a combination of two words) first try to read Türk ( Tuerk ) and after try to read gücü ( Guecue ) . When you succeed, try to read them together faster 😅😅

You could have lots of fun with this format. Take Southport from national league to champions league glory with only players from Merseyside (or Lancashire, as whilst Southport is part of Merseyside, the locals think of themselves as Lancashire, particularly the older locals like my aunts and uncles). Take Dartford to the top with only kent players i guess could work, but you'll need a lower league mod. Take celtic or Aberdeen back to European glory with only Glasgow or Aberdeenshire players respectively.

If you wanted to something similar you could try using old Irish or partially Irish players in Scotland (3 clubs in Scotland were founded by the Irish community there, Celtic, Hibernian and Dundee Utd) but to make it interesting you cant pick Celtic and you have to win the Scottish Premier and the Champions League.
