I have seen people cook crankcases, cooling heads and more. Any thoughts on if this will weaken the metal metallurgy of the pipe. Anti freeze base is a powerful acid

Anti-freeze or ethylene glycol is pH neutral; it is not a "powerful acid", as it is not an acid at all.

Do you put this on high, medium, or low? For how long do you leave it in?

You can do it inside. It will just smell sweet and make sure you don't got dogs or cats that will drink it

This is why you can't run regular coolant in a Cadillac Northstar engine it's all aluminum and regular coolant has an acid in it that eats aluminum

This is complete misinformation. Anti-freeze or ethylene glycol is pH neutral and does NOT "has an acid in it that eats aluminum". Cadillac spec'd out Prestone DEX-COOL because it is free of abrasive silicates.
