@@goldenear as a Goldenear owner or two triton reference and two goldenear triton 1 rs, based on his measurements, these subs make little sense to purchase as they don't extend below 20hz. Whole you speakers can extend to 20hz. Seems redundant. You needed to add proper LFE. Unfortunate. I'm a Goldenear fan.

I bought two of these when they were first released (I believe it was 2015). I love them! I had one issue with one of them a year in. Goldenear totally took care of the issue quickly. Great company that stands behind their product.

These subs are good. One of the Crutchfield reviews is from one of my best friends. We are mechanical engineers and audiophiles. The subs hit low, I have a 15" in a coupe and he has a 12" in his car. These will hit everything tight and crisp. We can't hear below 20 but playing around with single frequency tuning software, these are powerful down to 10 hertz.

I've got two of these bad boys in my home theater and man they can kick at times! Got the anthem 1140 and the anthem MCA325 and has dialed them pretty good. I put on, John wick 2 the open scene for a demo for people who come round and when he is punching 👊 people, it sends a real tight thumb through your body! And the dungeon scene with the shots guns, OMG!!! Great 👍 love your work 👏 👍

I Have reviewed a ton of Goldenear products and they are really really good. Very underrated and upsetting they don't get the spotlight as many times as they should. Doing a review on the Triton 1 speakers now :)

Lol your reactions! I love it! I hate to do review requests but can you review tascam's rackmount 4k bluray player? There are like zero reviews on it but it seems like an interesting unit for $600. No worries if you dont want to.

I just bought one. Its deffinately strange compaired to the forcefield 40 i replaced it with. The bass isnt as noticable but its like effortless. Unique having such a nice huge product. Cant tell its on until you turn it up lol.

Two super subs vs balanced force. Such a difficult decision. Loving my monolith but I am preferring sealed subs and love the SLAM you get with radiators.

Great concise and comprehensive review. Exceptionally attractive subwoofer and great performer. Connectivity somewhat lacking though. Golden Ear claiming 10 Hz response was a bit ambitious , drivers would have to travel 4 times the excursion to produce the same SPL as at 20 Hz.

That rel sub is not good at all for the price you pay. Go grab a hsu, rythmik or psa sub and it will run circles around the rel

Idk that I would pay $2500 for that. Not when I could spend the same money and get the SVS PB16 Ultra which goes below 20Hz and has 4,000+ watts. That's just my opinion though. Don't make it right lol

Svs has 1,500 watt, as a owner of one these hammer but for clean, accurate bass they are not to great. Like for music.
