1. Shower every day infact twice a day. 2. Loofah or wash cloth. 3. Get an exfoliating gloves. 4. Pick a scent you love or obsessed with and implement it. 5. Dry yourself completely after shower. 6. Moisturize with the same scent. 7. Use a clinical deoderant. 8. Take care of underarms. Layer two kinds of deos 9. Use roll ons , sprays, deos , glycolic acid for underarms or whatever works for you. 10. Carry feminine hygiene wipes or baby wipes out. Skincare 11. Wash your hands before you wash your face. 12. Be gluten free if you have acne. 13. Don't overdo skincare. 14. Clean your makeup brushes. Edited : i don't understand why people are replying me with things like you shouldn't do this and you shouldn't do that. Guys , i have not given my pov , it's all hers. Bro. I shower once a day. Wash clothes once a week. Change bed stuff once a week includes the "clothes" of the pillow. Use new washed clothes as much as possible. Thats it... you girls stink that much you need all this? Also I dont have any deviant issue making me smell bad, I know some people sweat a lot and that can affect their smell. Grateful I dont have nothing like that.

@@andygarcia4497 actually mam , this has nothing to do with me , i was just trying to make it easy for the viewers. Even am not a fan of decoderants(i use antiperspirants) that has nasty chemicals in it , or the perfume or the mist or that venilla and coconut fragrance. Infact i avoid fragrances in my beauty care products. I do follow all the basic rules of hygiene

Same. Im christian but i do my nails but i always get the natural look done. Like, i dont put extensions om my nails. Instead, get a manicure, cleaning and gel. Im ukrainian so we prefer this instead of long over dramatic ones

Another tip is to use antibacterial soap bar on your private areas (armpits, breast, private part, butt) like dial, dettol, and or any other brands. Then use your favorite wash everywhere else on your body.

I will shower every other day. I'll use conditioner, shampoo, and a hair mask. I will use a loofah and body wash by native. Then a body polish. I alternate that with a body scrub. The body polish, I have a couple. One is for acne, the other is for hydrating and smells like strawberry shortcake 🍰 . I'll then use a lotion that smells like vanilla from eos. I finish it off with a body spray from bath and body works. I like sweet pea and champagne toast. I have other scents but those smell really good. I take two vitamins. Ones a multivitamin gummy for women and the other is a hair, skin, and nails gummy. That's about it. I also have skincare for my face. I think I smell good👍 😅😅.

i actually recommend using a rag rather than a loofah because rags actually thoroughly deeply clean your skin plus they can reach areas that loofahs can't really reach (your backside, ears, in between toes etc)

I love perfumes and just smelling clean in general. I do know that the body chemistry and certain perfumes, lotions, or any oils smell different on every person. Tips from the queen herself!! Just a friendly reminder to everyone, it is possible to shower too much/often, and showering everyday especially twice a day can be too much for some people! By too much I mean it can dry out your skin and make it itchy! So just pay attention to how your body reacts to an increase in showering :) Also anyone struggling with any mental pains or hindrances to showering everyday, showering when you can is the perfect start!

my comment on "you are what you eat" Im Muslim, yes pork us forbidden and some other things, pigs, look at how they are they're not clean, they eat their own sh*t but rather regarded as impure, unhealthy and harmful for humans due to the fats, toxins and bacteria it contains and the way the pig spends its life rolling around in mud and its own excrement. Ofcoarse, us we eat goat and some other good stuff cause of how they are, And also you can do your own research. Love your video

I think what she meant was when you eat unhealthy foods (oily,fried,sweet) everyday it can cause acne or make you look bloated all the time or not drinking water at all, so the phrase “you are what you eat” is basically meaning like what goes in your body is how it will affect your appearance on the outside. 🤍🤍
