Please let me know how can you get that step menu from 0:58 to 3:42? Did you left something in this video OR did it need to press one button to get that step menu when restarting? the windows old ? exe files not work? only picture and video music or softwere ? not the exe. on old desktop ?

Actually most of the exe files needs clarification for the program you try to open. For example, if you move an original version of a file it's shortcuts gets corrupt. Just like that, if you install a program it changes the needed third party programs paths for it's own so you don't see them. That's why you always need to reinstall a program instead of just copying the files from a pre-installed version. Hope this helps. Let me know.

it is not affected but if you select and format the data partition, you lose your data Windows Setup allows you to select which disk to format and not wipe the whole PC with quick NTFS

yes. formatting erases all. backup your drivers before you do a format.

ok if you dont have a disc just copy your installation to usb flashdrive,then run the installer,,make sure your flash drive is your first bootable dives,,,how to set your flash drive asyour bootable device,,,just turn off your computer and turn it on again,,then press F2 choose boot and set your flash drive as your first device priority......then its automaticaly run at window start up......

Hey nleejose! I have recently installed windows 7 pro x64 and i need to install another version.. I just need to be sure how a backup works.. How do i reinstall drivers and programs etc. on my new version of windows? I'm asking because i spent alot of time searching for compatible versions of acer programs that controls the cooling fan of the CPU on this laptop to prevent it from shutting down because of overheating and i didn't keep the setups to make a backup folder.
