This series is a collaboration between the Town of Groton and Save the Sound that was initiated by Groton employees to support the education and engagement goals of the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection’s General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems, commonly known as the MS4.
