Hi Amber- I just reorganized my pantry on Saturday. It’s such a good feeling. Everything has a home. I find myself opening the door, looking in and telling myself to keep it that way. 😂 I did the same exact thing with our vitamins & medicines on the door. Wow! Great job! Your pantry looks so nice! My best friends have a similar size pantry and I always organize it while I’m house sitting! And since I only house sit two or three times a year, I always come back to a messy pantry, but it’s fun to organize and they are always so happy about it! Hope your legs feel better soon!

Hi great job pantry organizing is very satisfying. One tip I have for ppl that can't afford or don't want to splurge on big flour/sugar containers. I Once I finished my utz party mix or pretzel rods I cleaned off the labels and store my flour and sugar in them they easily fit a large 5lb. bag and have screw top lids that are aesthetically pleasing for zero money except for the initial cost of the snacks. I hope this helps someone I got my bins from dollartree that is a great source for organization also.

I bought Lock-in-Lock off QVC (I know other places carry it but I just like the selection off QVC😊) for my flours and sugars and other stuff I want to put in air tight containers. I was using Tupperware but it’s old. I’ve had the Tupperware for 50 years (yes 50 years, I was married 51 years. I just recently lost my husband) and it was time to replace them. I got the containers I just need to get the stuff transferred. Also need to clean out my pantry. Lots of stuff my husband bought that I will never use. It’s getting in the right frame of mind. You are using Lock-n-Lock for your flours and sugars. The only difference from mine is I was able to get colored lids. I got red😅

I have used lock in lock before. But these were actually off of Amazon. They are very similar to them. Our pantry was such a mess… It feels so good to have it cleaned out! Have an awesome night!😊

I hope you are enjoying your time with your sister today. I think I already shared that if you put 2 or 3 bay leaves in a glass Mason jar it keeps the rice from going buggy.I recently learned that you can freeze rice for longer storage. I have shelves for my pantry door similar to yours, but mine have the hooks on the corners of the baskets and the door slots are as wide as the baskets. I think I like yours better.

If you don’t know, if brown sugar is something you are transferring to a container, make sure to leave it in the bag otherwise it gets hard as a rock. It’s not worth the trouble. Lesson learned.
