Thank you so much. Your video was direct and short. I just got off the phone with customer service and she said to run an empty load with hot water. Your video was what I needed. (I knew the advice given wasn't going to work, but I did it just in case). I washed a dog bed, and now there's green fluff everywhere. I have both an hour and elbow grease to fix the problem. Great video, I used this on HLP21N and it's basically the same concept. Mine had a terrible mold odor and I tried hot water wash with bleach, then vinegar, etc. Nothing helped. I took it apart as you showed and cleaned all the mold.... and there was plenty! It definitely was some work, and it helps if you're somewhat mechanically inclined. I used rubber gloves to help get grip when trying to loosen the impeller then the drum.

have you replaced or fixed the drain pump? My washer does not drain. I was hoping in your video to see what the washer looked like once the drum was off, but I see it is not that difficult to remove it. It seems like I can't take off the drain pump without removing the drum because the bolts are directly underneath it. I can't even remove to see if gunk is in it that is blocking it from spinning.

Hello! I was cleaning the metal casing the metal casing of the lint trap with a q-tip and accidentally dropped it inside. Any ideas of how to get it out?

wish u had shown how u removed the tub. doesnt matter it was nasty. we all expect that if we're going through the trouble of doing what you did in the video. I can't get the tub out and I don't know how to please let me know how you did it

What stage are you stuck on? Once the bolt was undone and screws are out I had to wiggle it out from side to side and pulling at the same time, hence I couldn't video it easily. It was a good amount of force to pull it loose, but wriggling it did help once all the bolts were out.

We can't get those four bolts off in the tub…so frustrating! Any tip? They look very rusty and didn't move at all...Are they size 7/16 inch?

I'd try some wd-40 or PBlaster spray to loosen them up- are you using a decent size wrench to get good leverage?
