Thanks for posting huge help. Easier way to get the bottom tray out than the long band method is lightly put in two long door screws on each side of tray and it comes easily out

Good video, unfortunately I have to say I don't recommend buying this brand of washing machine. Paid $239, while on spin cycle mine broke its safety lever (rendering the whole thing unusable), and they do not offer replacement parts, so for now I'm stuck with a wet load of laundry I now have to transport to a laundromat and I'll be needing to buy a cheaper washer to replace mine with. The seller Giantex has a very poor customer service rating on Amazon and they're based out of China, so forget any kind of easy warranty servicing program. Terrible.

Thank you for watching our video and sorry to hear your bad experiences. After 4 years of using this washer now it doesn’t spin and rotates properly. I think the belt on the motor got loosened.
