More than 2 turns out on fuel screw would mean you need a bigger pilot jet. Sounds like it was turned out to account for the bad pilot jet that you found. Good to see someone demystifying the fcr👍

Carb cleans are typically the same process throughout. Remove the gaskets, spray with cleaner and scrub down, then either replace the gasket/o-ring or very carefully try to re-use them.

Great video! I have a question though. Should you be using carb cleaner on the diaphragms? I thought it ate rubbers.

I've had no issues doing that, but i'm sure there are other cleaners you can use.

i used carb cleaner to check the AP squirt, opened it up and it was completely eaten up and trashed.
