Cleaning a Sig P226

Part of owning a firearm is care and maintenance. Cleaning a Sig P226 is a simple process and needs to be done properly.
The excitement of owning the Sig MK25 was realized when I picked mine up from my local FFL. I immediately took my new gun to the range to try it out. There is a big difference in handling the MK25 in a store and actually shooting one.

the mk25 is still one of my favorites of all time. definitely need the SRT kit in it though.

I have the Tac Ops but use Lucas extreme duty grease on the rails and a light coat on the barrel works great doesn't sling off or dry Up when it gets Hot.... Good video

Thanks. I've used grease before but always seemed to get build up on my guns. Everything sticks to it, especially dust. It makes them run smooth though.

@@BoomStickTactical yep never had a buildup issue oil tends to sling off I figured the grease offers some extra cushion being its steel against Aluminum I also have the Rex zeroe 1 standard they said 60,000 rounds of plus P service Life
