Cleaning leaves out of the gutter using a power washer

It's that time of year again - gutter cleaning time. This year I decided to try and clean the leaves out of the gutters using power tools. Watch me try and control this crazy thing.

I tried it all too, but finally hired someone to install nice metal gutter grills and I am very pleased with it.

Yeah I may have to go that route as well, the sprayer worked, but not great. probably going to bite that bullet this year

Yeah wait until you use one of those with a pressure Washer that is 4,000 PSI or higher. First time I used one with my 4.4K pressure washer it scared the heck out of me. Found out real quick with the higher pressure washers you'll have to buy the more expensive extension lance because they are made of thicker metal it doesn't flex like that. I learned with the Amazon one like this cannot use any more of the extension pieces than needed because you pretty much need to be directly underneath the not out and away from it like you was you want it just long enough to hook it on the gutter from straight below and pull down so it doesn't pull away from the gutter when you pull the trigger because the head will hook on the edge of the gutter instead of slinging up in the air. Just a thought.

if you take one or more of the extensions out, and use it standing on a raised platform of some kind--sept ladder, etc., it would probably be more manageable.

I was about to buy this, but your review convinced me otherwise. Thank you! Tired of climbing the ladder, and have tried everything but a pressure washer solution. Using the hose with a telescopic wand is too imprecise.

@@timnash6870 not sure. My pressure washer has a quick fit release and I measured it before I bought the attachment

That curved tip Broke my wand, older power washer so there was no replacement that actually fit my MediTool electric unit. Upgraded to a Gas unit.

I made my own nozzle with pressurized water shooting in 2 directions 180 degrees direction apart, much easier to use!
