Remi! I also get horrible bug bites during the summer and using alcohol prep pads (the ones they use at the dr’s office to clean your skin before drawing blood/giving you a shot) to clean the bug bite makes them stop itching and go away!!

Rem, if your house has standing water, such as maybe your pool, insects could lay larvae and you might struggle with a bug problem. Not only that, I know you are growing a veggie garden, which also will attract a lot of bugs. Your only hope is to use an insect trap in your backyard, or use insect repellant on yourself, hopeful natural ones. Good luck. Also, try wearing long covered clothing to protect yourself.

Hi remi! Ok regarding bug bites, bugs are attracted to heat so people who’s bodies are warm inside, bugs will come and “attack” bc they like “hot blood” (positively speaking, warmer bodies are more healthy) people who’s bodies are normally colder usually never get bitten unless they are really hot Tip: the best thing to use for big bites that are much better then the products you are using trust me, is this Japanese product called Muhi, it’s on a white container and I get them from Japan but I’m sure they are online. This stuff helps so much!!

We're the same! I get a lot of bug bites ever since I was in elementary but it got a lot worse when I got into college. It was horrible that we have to get to the hospital then it turns out that I have an allergy to mosquito bites and it has something to do with my blood type according to her and my blood type is O. My mosquito bites would heal for 2-3 weeks and my doctor told me to always use a repellent lotion to prevent them from biting me.

i usually get a lighter and a spoon and heat up the back of a spoon for a little bit, and put it on the bite! test it make sure it’s not too hot and basically burn the saliva from the bug bite away!!
