Cleaning of the Charles Skinner Headstone

In this video, we do a fairly quick cleaning of the headstone of Charles Skinner, a veteran buried in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Port Byron, NY. Charles was a veteran of the 149th NY Volunteers during the Civil War.
