Im OBSESSED with the dog vest and it breaks my heart to hear you getting rid of it! It still looks really nice unbuttoned though ! Over the years ive learned to be okay with and even love my weight gain but having to get rid of unique cute clothes because of it is always the WORST. especially as someone whos closet is 90% thrifted and 10% things from family and friends the items always feel irreplacable and sentimental :( ive always gotten rid of those clothes but nowdays i keep them not to wear but to give to friends and potential generations after me if its too cute

i have a hard time getting rid of things in my wardrobe because i'm tight on money and used to never be able to wear clothes i like. i have a pretty average sized wardrobe (maybe a bit smaller) but much of my clothes isnt my style, doesnt fit me, or is bad quality. i want to start making swaps for better items and buying/thrifting new things, but i cant justify spending much money because what i have is "good enough" :,)

I was a sustainability manager before retirement. I can speak to specific partnerships that I can verify are doing work for refugees. The best organization working in this area is UNHCR. They support refugees all over the world. They have a US branch. They support placement of refugees with local organizations in the US that help with placement, setting up a bank account, getting ids, and home placement, in addition to job training.

Girllll as a follow chronic back pain girlie (years and years of it, countless hours of physiotherapy and actual therapy for all of the anxiety i had bc of it) get your teeth checked! The way they sit in your jaw can massively impact your spine lol the more you know Also get an orthopedic corset, idk how much it is in north america but where i live in Italy it was like 80 euros and the best thing I've purchased in my life it gave me my freedom back 🫶🏻
