I would be concerned too about plugging in the new transformer. You would expect more from Balsam Hills. Grace's trip looked wonderful. What food! Nancy was radiant out shopping among the Christmas decor. Yes, December and Vlogmas are going by so fast! How can it already be day 19? Incredible.

Hi Polly, I wouldn’t accept a transformer, they should send a replacement tree and next day delivery, easily done with couriers these days! Very bad service! 🎄🎄🎄🎄xx

Yes I would be annoyed with getting just a replacement transformer !!! Are they going to hold themselves responsible if there is a fire I wonder 🤔

Hi Polly ,I think Balsam hill are taking the mick they should just replace your tree I would be a bit dubious plugging it back in again and they are expensive so should last a lot of yrs more than 2 yrs huni.
