Beautiful cathedral! So good to see Nancy!❤ Looking forward to the adventure of your move! Good to hear the pain has decreased! With my mom's dementia she eventually had no concept of what day of the week it was. Wonderful Christmas presents! Nice to see those sparkly gloves! I live in the USA Southern California, and it was so warm today I ran the AC in the car😊

Happy new year! And thank you. Yes I am still taking fluoxetine. My GP says it helps with many menopausal symptoms and as I can’t take HRT, I’m going to stick with it. I also take it for depression and anxiety and I personally highly recommend it but everyone is different. I hope you are ok and if you need to chat further just email me xx

@ Hi thank you Polly our 10 days of Christmas was great. I don’t think we could have packed another thing in if we tried. I’m still trying to catch up on sleep, but I think I’m about there.🤣 Take one day at a time and make sure to fit time in to rest when you need to. 😌 I’m putting it out there- I truly believe 2025 is going to be an absolutely incredible year, so let’s both enjoy the ride along the way and see where it continues to take us next.🎉🥂 Have a great week lovely lady I will catch you in the comments next week!🫂 Stay warm! Thank you. I’m not totally sure because the exercises were specifically for tendinitis but the main pain was from something different. I think medication and time are the things that worked x
