It's obviously a long runner, the kind of rug that you see in hotels or very large houses.You did a beautiful job of cleaning it 👏. It looks like new now, better than I could ever have imagined. It's great how you save these beautiful old rugs and carpets, because, if you didn't, then they would have to be dumped wouldn't they? And that would be awful. I'm fascinated by this, partly because I have two big Persian rugs that need cleaning (don't worry 😉, they're not as dirty as the rug shown in this video!!!) and I rang one company that said they could take the rugs away and clean both for $350.00. But they wanted cash up front BEFORE they took the rugs away, which made me wonder if I would ever see them again. He told me in a comment when the machine came in that he's using that machine for smaller rugs and those that need to be "refreshed". The rest he still will do manually.

Yes, I use for lightly soiled carpets or just to freshen them up, the dirtier ones I wash in a water bath 🤗💖

This runner carpet has maybe seen a lot of feet walking up and down it. Probably over a long time. I love floor rugs and watching my friend here professionally clean and make each one beautiful once again. The break dancing at the end is AWESOME! Especially in gum boots! Very unique.
