Absolutely vile conduct by those garages, anyone who takes advantage of an elderly person deserves to be locked up. My blood was boiling reading the intro text. Good on you mate for cleaning this for free!

You're a good person, Gary. Wonderful detailer too! So the catalytic converter just "disappeared?" Thieves are removing those here in the States. Thanks to you and the third garage for helping this man out pro bono, unlike the first two garages who just took advantage of him.

Few things make me as happy as i am when i see there is a new video from Gary. The service you have provided this elderly gentleman is an amazing example of how we all should treat one another. 2nd Man, what can the man also do legally against the garage that did a disaster on his car? Thanks for helping out the gentleman because yes we are all being scammed by garages which'll do a disaster on our vehicles when we might be in our worst situation too. Shout out to the mechanic apprentice (would like to know the name as well as from the shop) who did an exceptional job and was able to figure out what the vehicle had and fixed it! Clearly the first garage was scamming the gentleman.

You did a good thing here, really good. This one hit different, as one of my cars is the same (same colour, spec, everything) and it sucked to imagine that happening to it. And I'm young and fighty! So your not just a great detailer but a saint too. What a nice gesture to take care of this older man’s car. I actually take care of my next door neighbors car who is a 77-78 single widow. Knowing I’d be washing it regularly with my cars on occasion, I even coated it to make it easy 😏. Loved her husband , he was a fun guy, still miss him. Oh, on a occasion she wants to get me something, like a 6 pack of Mikes hard lemonade , she knows I like it once in awhile. Very Satisfying all the same. Remarkable turnaround, or better rescue!
