The drain pan should be cleaned every day at the end of the day. For some operations with high volume it may have to be done twice a day.

@@nataliediaz183 It is hard to say a number of cooking cycle because it depends on the amount of falloff from the product. Normally, once a day at the end of the day should suffice. If you are experience slow pumping then try one time mid day and another time at the end of the day.
