Not sure why but when I run the clean cycle it starts but only runs a little bit of the water through and it beeps 3 times and the clean light stops beeping. I have had to push the clean button several time before it finally went through all the vinegar water.

Nice video, Doug, thanks. I have the same machine, but maybe mine has an update or something, but when I hit the clean button, the digital display shows the word "CLN", flashing intermittently with the time countdown, starting from 30 minutes. It runs only part of the cleaning solution through, then pauses for the 30 minutes to let the solution sit in there to descale, then it finishes running the rest of the reservoir through, then the display tells you to "Flush". But then the orange clean button at the bottom should go out, mine is staying lit. Anyone have this style, and does your clean light go off afterwards?

Did you ever solve your clean light issue? I"m having the same problem. Cleaned multiple time and the light will not go out. Tried calling manufacturer but i end up on hold and then get hung up on.

My machine needs a reset how do I get it out of cleaning mode it does a trickle then sits 30 then a small amount drains then adds 30 min to count down but it's not draining from the reservoir. When done flashes flush but goes through a same 30 minute cycle like befor.flushes a little like before and goes back to 29 minutes?

Another video I watched said to take the reservoir off, fill it and put it back on and that’s the trick. But sometimes it works for me and sometimes not

really curious why you filled it full when it has a max fill line for cleaning ...
@VitalPolymath7 жыл бұрын
AZmmjgrower oddly ninja tells you to fill to 43 oz. which is a full carafe. not sure on the other verbage. lol

I just cleaned mine and i did not fill it all the way i went to the "fill line" for cleaning and it worked fine.
@stevenphillips72796 жыл бұрын
The 30 min clean cycle says to fill it to the "half carafe line" with vinegar and then "fill it to the max fill CLEAN line with water...The 4 hour clean cycle states the same for vinegar and then to the max fill line (43 oz) with water....this will run 9oz cleaning solution through to submerge all parts in 1 hour increments.

With all these variations most of which are worthless, ya might think folks would hear from the manufacturer. The problem is in the chip.
