We have a very similar set up to this salad spinner. I have the wash plate removed and the key out of plastic hub, but at this point the drum won't come out. Any recommendations? I think it's just jammed

Yes, they can be stuck real good and brisk lifting can free it up. This one has obviously been apart before.
