Mine stopped working due to loss of suction. Washing the filter did not work anymore, it was completely clogged. I took the vacuum outside today and turned it on with the filter removed, and suction the dirt from the filter. Now it’s working like new. Saved me from buying a replacement filter.

I had gone crazy trying to clean those little holes clogged with dust! My manual didn't show taking it aoart, but common sense told me there had to be away. My screws under the washable filter were like yours but I just went with it! My baby looks brand new! Thank you for sharing this video!

Excellent instructions, especially putting it back at the last step after cleaning, it has to line up, or no go! Anyhow some people say don't wash the wind tunnel with the little metal holes in water, later models also have a dry extra (Hepa) filter that needs to be changed occasionally, but not washed.

I have been hoaxed with an almost impossible to open lid to the filter. Yours is so easy, just lift a latch and open, makes so much more sense! With mine, if you have a hand injury you can't operate the thing!!!!!

Hi, there’s one more filter in the vacuum, that’s Hepa Filter close to bottom area of the vacuum and above height leveler. Can it be washed or needs replacement as it is made of carbon fibres.

Yes...what about the HEPA filter..EZ vacuum is out of stock?....they cannot claim 'all the filters are washable' if this $20 out of stock hepa "FILTER'' is not included??...
