😊 I usually put some scent beads in a spray bottle with warm water… shake it up until dissolved and spray my couch, curtains, rugs… my bedding and even my shower curtain. Smell lasts a long time!

My bother is color blind and can’t tell the difference in purples/blues and reds/greens and just generally muted colors. They recently came out with glasses to correct color vision. The look on his face when he put them on for the first time and saw all the colorful crap we bought him that day was amazing. Lol. He was 35 at the time and saw the world in real color for the first time ❤

Hi Karrie, I've never seen anyone clean their sofa like that. Definitely trying it. I had my first Thanksgiving last night. One down another one Thursday. The time change sucks. I wish it was left as it was. Could be worse, areas in Alaska are facing like 65 days of darkness. That would drive me nuts. Lol. Karrie, sponsorships are a paycheck for you and your family. For pet odor- Odoban spray! Told my daughter about it( I saw it on a golden doodle site I belong to) my daughter has 4 dogs that get on furniture and she has carpets in bedrooms, she loved it! My dogs don’t get on my furniture 🤣

I am stressed about thanksgiving as we just moved to our new house and we don’t have a fridge yet. I keep trying to get my 19 year old son to go pick up a used one on ur new city and close by but since we just moved here without anything, we are trying to get all we need to make it a home.

I can't do without my glasses , when I first got them at 17 I could do without them on occasion. Now I'm in my 50s I've switched to varifocals and I also have prescription sunglasses which I recommend because the sun can damage your eyes.

My husband and I had a microfiber couch which our kids just spilled everything on and at that time I had no idea how to clean it. Our cats scratched it and it just became unbearable. We thru it out over 10 years ago now. Never thought about downy on it. Now we have a spot bot which would clean it quite nice.

Love your home. Also, you could have got one more meal out of the chicken. You boil the carcass I put it in crock pot over night in water add veggies if you want and seasoning, Like onion, garlic, celery. Then put in strainer, and cool. Keep the broth, skim off any fat on top, etc. Pick all the meat left on the bone. Now make chicken and dumplings or chicken soup or use in a pot pie (can add cut up chicken meat if not enough). I usually put it in crock pot then cool and do what I have to do the next morning. Put in frig. Peace!

I haven't gone to get my eyes checked probably in 3 years and I need to. I bring my old frames every time I go and it cost me $700 because I don't have vision insurance. I can't even remember where I go but I don't think I'm going back.

Definitely try to find somewhere cheaper. My mom went recently ND spent 450 and her prescription was wrong 😭😭 I told her I'm going to keep it simple and just go to Walmart and man I'm so happy I did. I'll continue to go back as long as that doc is there.

How have you never got them checked? Here they check the kids at school every couple years even if they don't get checked otherwise. Glad you did though. Just a thought if you havent seen it yet, check out zenni optical online. Lenses and frames start at 6.99, so you can pretty inexpensively get sunglasses or multiple pairs of glasses. Eye doctors are legally required to give you your paper prescription if asked, and then you just need to know your PD or pupillary distance.... our eye doctors office give us that on the script without issue, just have to ask. :)
