If anyone figures out the deodorizer issue, please post. I don't feel a filter under the lip when you pull the drawer out. I did go to the dollar tree and purchased those stick up. Works great.

Did you figure out how it auto cleans after your cat leaves? My app says after 3 minutes it will self clean but it hasn’t yet. But, my ‘diary’ does not show he’s been in there. He’s young so maybe he’s just too light for the robot to know he was in there 🤷🏻‍♀️ if anyone has figured this out I would appreciate any tips!! Ty.

My question is my cat likes to play in there and kick out a lot of litter it looks like the front leaves a big opening for the cat to just kick out litter out that opening and get it all over the floor how does that work?

I just gotten mine yesterday my boy cat uses it very well but the girls are a little bit scared of it I hope soon they will be trained to the litter pan I use frisco clumping crystal kitty litter from chewy I really like the litter

I have the same one and I'm having a issue with the litter part. When I clean it it dumps half of my litter that wasn't dirty. Then tells me that there's not enough litter so I add more and it still tells me not enough. Had yours done that

Can you replace the rubber liner under the litter? My cats scratched up several LR liners which I've replaced over the years, but now need to replace unit and considering this model.

I contacted the company via email and they said there are no replacement parts available for this product. My 5 month old kitten got too frisky and broke the scraper attachment groove . A little engineering with flexible thin metal, I managed to fix the 2 week old unit. This product has provided hours of fun for the girls.

We just got ours and we use clumping litter and it says from the manufacture that you can use it. It works great! I did the same mistake and added to much litter and some of it ended in the litter box below. Seems like a great machine so far. Much better then the last one we had. 👍👍

I like the world's best litter. You can't smell any urine/amonia at all. Clumps really well. And as long as you don't put more than 6 l in the bin. Then you won't have extra dumping out into the waist bin

I have this device and I smell urine from time to time. I think it is leaking somewhere and I can't find it. It also waste a lot of little when it's spinning. It tends to land on the ground.

Take the very top part of the machine off and put litter in through that hole. And as she shows in the video above, do not fill it above that gray area into the white area. Just cover the gray matt inside, stay within that gray area, deep enough for the cat to move it as they will naturally try to cover it. And you should be fine.

System worked as advertised for about six months then stopped cleaning. Using the app and manual mode the unit will not clean. System has been reset and paired a couple of times with no success. About ready to send it back.

Take the top lid off with the side buttons pressed in. Remove the big round bowl. It should pull out from the gear. I put mine in the shower host it down and then disinfected it

No, just marketing. It m makes a high pitched noise for this step but odors still leak and permeate.

Mine connected through the Google Smart Life app. I scanned the QR code on the little box and it brought me to the Smart life app. Hope this helps. 👍👍

It's called Smart Life. The logo is blue with a white outline of a house. Hold the front button down for 10 seconds (it'll beep three different ways, you're waiting for the long one) and it should be able to connect.

I have two cats, and most comments I read stated people with two cats were only having to change the bag about once a week. Just pull this bin out, if it's covering pretty much the bottom of the liner bag and is starting to pile up a bit? Empty it. I just check the bag every couple of days, they have been using mine since March 12th, today is the 18th. I could have left the bag in for another day or two I feel. But I decided to go ahead and replace the bag, which when pulled out so I could actually see it. It was not full and they go a lot. I was having to clean a regular box 4 or 5 times a day. I mean, just look at it, you don't want it to get so full it appears to be touching the bottom of the litter bin itself. So whomever said about once a week? It's been 8 days and again I probably could have left it for another day or so and been ok. And this is for 2 cats. Don't know how many cats you have, but if you have one you might be good for a couple of weeks. And the built in ionizer is certainly working because not even the bag had an odor when I pulled mine out. Hope this helps.

I just clearanced mine the other day. And actually once you remove the top lid with the buttons on the side. It's fairly easy to just pull the round part off. I hose the whole thing down in the shower and then disinfected. The only thing I can't figure out is the deodorizer part. If there is some kind of refillable liquid or other that goes in. First few times I used it the deodorizer had a smell and now I don't smell it anymore.
