Sisters did get a bonus Tier 4 structure in Unification - an Archangel and I think a bonus vehicle (??) , but the LotD died to quickly for you to get there. Maybe try again with a more traditional foe that will last longer and let you get to max tech and learn all the new stuff.

Wtf happened? Their HQ died because they didn't have the points to stabilize it? xD Vanilla factions update is coming next for Uni, they have stuff planned. You give these Sisters more credit than they deserve, they are one of the worst factions right now.
