Passersby STARE As I CLEAN A Newly SOLD OVERGROWN Home For FREE!! Will It BECOME COMMERCIAL??

Locals Headed To And From Their Destinations Watched And Stared As I Tackled This Overgrown Home Before The Storm! Wondering What Will Become Of This Newly Sold Property?? It is a little too close to residential properties for it to be turned into a store but it would be nice due to the amount of traffic off of Edwards and Rogers Road. Do you all remember this property!? This was one of my favorite projects and was my 3rd video from earlier this year when I decided to start working on my non profit organization! I had been driving past this home and found the vines growing over it disturbing and well you know the rest lol But again I have been riding past the property almost every day and it just doesn't look good. I decided to stop one day to have a look and when I stepped in the yard I noticed the grass was taller than it was during my first visit. To my surprise the house had also sold! Planted in the front lawn was a realtors sign with a photo of a new realtor and the words in bold SOLD right below her portrait. I wasn't too sure if the property had been purchased by future residents or investors but either way it stands on a very busy road in the community where passersby on feet, bikes, and cars travel constantly through the day. It was beginning to become a hazard in the community and soon to be trash yard if the new owners don't show up soon to began their planned work. I figured I'd have my last dance on this property with hopes to see a great outcome in the future! One day I hope to ride past this home and see that it has become a beautiful residence to a family or a convenience store for those in the neighborhood and community!
