There are many problems with public restrooms. In order for public restrooms to be more convenient, clean, and well-maintained, The area of single-use toilets in public restrooms must be minimized. The size of the single-person bathroom is very large. The size of single-person toilets should be kept very small and minimal. Also, toilet paper must be removed from single-use restrooms. A vending machine must be installed at the entrance to the restroom and sell disposable tissues, beverages, coffee, carbonated drinks, wet tissues, etc. inside the vending machine. Bicycle racks must be installed near the entrance to public restrooms. Consideration must be given to ensure that people using public restrooms can use bicycle racks.

"OK everyone, it's time to get up and get out"! "You have no where that's OK for you to go in this city, so don't be surprised when we come and tell you to move wherever you decide to go"! Instead of helping our homeless by giving them an area designated for them to go to be able to possibly get a little peace and some sleep without the fear of being told to "keep moving", the city keeps the homeless constantly on the move without a moments peace and no answer to where they can go. This world has sunk so low that our fellow man can only find shelter and a place to sleep next to a beach toilet. It's not because they enjoy it, there is absolutely nowhere for them to go. Every service that helps the homeless is full with waiting lists more then a year long. These people have absolutely nowhere they can possibly go!

Workers don't want to be there at 10:00pm since they don't work those overtime shifts. Also, people would just lock themselves inside earlier. It would be the same problem of removing people at night when it's less safe and the effects of drugs are in full force.
