There were definitely some blocks left that got in the way of forgiving myself around surviving my girlfriend’s death that the violet flame helped with. I had become so codependent toward the end of her life that I lost perspective on how much was her responsibility and how much I was actually powerless over no matter what I did. I was holding so much self-blame and hurting myself hanging on to it.

It seems from our childhood because we took on responsibility for emotionally dysregulated or immature parents who haven't done their own inner child healing, we have no control over anything but our own breath , thoughts, our words and actions, and if we think we control anything else, that actually makes US a manipulator of sorts. And quite narcissistic, right? Because everyone has free will. Who are we to interrupt another's journey, or Soul contracts that they Predestined before they even came here.... And we could always only do the best with what we know at the time something occurs. We predestined our contracts with each other to learn lessons here on Earth
