I am going to replicate clear vindows for some model cars I have. The silicone molds turned out great but I am still struggeling with resin air bubbles. I am using Alumilite clear cast urethane slow. I vaacum both before and after mixing but still get a lot of air bubbles when cured. Should I preheat the molds or do you have some advise?

Ah..! I feel like you made this video directly for me. This is the exact type of lens casting im doing and Ive ran into nearly all the problems you have... yes something harder than shore 40 as thats what i used and after five pulls they were going pretty cloudy. Ill look up that polish though as thats fantastic. Do you list the sponge too or is it just a generic sponge?

Have you ever tried pouring a low pour into the mould then sealing the two halves? I use a self stirring mug under vacuum & pour part A & B using a tipping bucket stiring the two parts under vacuum and save valuable cure time. I then pour low straight into the mould and then its straight into the pressure chamber. My reservoir is an internal funnel like plinth as part of the mould itself.

Nice video. The mould not filling full and hazy parts is what I too get many times. Your idea of injecting is good for a complete fill but also feel too fast injecting will entrap air in some of the areas. Yours was cylindrical part mine is a fiat 1100 logo design and has many places in the script logo to go wrong. I will keep trying and will add your learning to see how my parts turn out. I am also thinking automatic plunger to force epoxy instead of hand as uneven force by hand will cause issues as well. Will keep you posted. Thanks for an excellent video and channel.

Love your channel, but I'll be voting for Trump. Her own party rejected her when they had the chance to vote for her for POTUS. She polled mostly single digits other than right after the debate where she basically called Biden a racist and segregationist who caused her a lot of pain as a child. She was so unwanted she had to drop out before Iowa because nobody would donate to her. Before the current cycle's primary, Democrats were trying to figure out how to get her off the ticket as she polled even lower than Biden and was a drag on the ticket. NYT published an article on how toxic she is to work for and staff considered her lazy and unwilling to prepare and then blame them when she tanked. After Biden proved how addled he was in the June debate and calls for him to step down mounted, when people discussed his replacement, they spoke of Mark Kelly, Gretchen Whitmer, and others. If Harris was mentioned at all it was as an afterthought. When the coup ousted Biden, he came out and endorsed Harris as a big FU to the party that he felt betrayed him and they were stuck with her, only then did the Left do a 180 and began gaslighting everyone and themselves and claiming she suddenly was the most qualified candidate to ever run for the office and was the savior of party and country. However, many of us continue to believe what her own party told us - she's not qualified to be President and if not for being installed when nobody ever voted for her to be top of ticket, you know she would never be in this position.

Before he'd even dropped out Harris was at the top of many polls for who people wanted as replacement. People may have spoken about Kelly and Whitmer but they were talking about Buttigieg, Pritzker and even Newsom just as much. Harris was always at the top of the list, never as an afterthought. That you consider the party coalescing to the logical choice very quickly to be a coup, I do not think that word means what you think it means. Pence stopped a coup.
