I own 2 pair of these. They are great. The downside is the material used on the ear pads and inside the head band is thin and very easily damaged. The extreme downside is that I am having real trouble finding replacements for the ear pads and inside headband cushion. It must be a secret. Anyone help me out here with a clue? Tks!

I'm a Trucker and 1 thing I must say is ...if u ever wanna return anything electrical watch out! Lol they are not like Walmart and only give a 10 return, but some items once open they won't accept returns... this is at most truck stops

Preach! That is exactly what happened to me. They even asked me to wait until they get back to me. They didn’t. When I got back to them, the warranty was up.

Just got my 1 day ago, yes it was clear, but listen to music so pale not really good at all, there is no sub bass only noise music, that wat dislike cleardryve 220

The microphone is phenomenal for picking up only your voice and not loud machines.noise cancelling is ok and sound quality is just ok and the highs get uncomfortably cranked when using NC . Would have given 5 stars but charging port stopped working around 6 months and I know it's not me as this is my second pair with same issue! Worst part, the previous headset that did the same thing was the model prior to this one so randmcnally knew about this problem and still pumped out 250 dollar headsets with cheap micro USB junk that WILL fail. DO NOT BUY!

So I just bought these and can't get over the cheap plastic constantly cracking Everytime I move my head. I don't understand why can't they make the connections out of pure aluminum instead of plastic. So honestly.... they're comfy, battery is good, hear people just fine and people hear me good as well. BUT the quality is definitely a 3 out of 10, cracking plastic shouldn't exist when paying $250 and I wouldn't recommend these for media consumption either.

Great video, but the removable DOT pad kept popping out. Finally one day it popped out into an unflushed toilet 🚽 and the mic 🎙 is an issue with me also. I had reported the issue right after I bought it because Amazon didn’t give refunds on this product. They gave me a link to Rand McNally which turned out to be a rabbit hole. They never responded during the warranty. When I finally contacted them, they refused to honor the warranty. When it worked, it was okay however but I won’t be buying from a company that lies to me anymore. Life is too short

The MFB button location and size sucks! Should be located by itself in the mic outside.

I've owned two, Sound quality is very nice, most people that I'm speaking with on a call can't tell that I have my windows open . However it's the damn charging port wears out pretty fast. The 2nd one has lasted almost a year . Thats my only complaint with it.

My biggest gripe, was the noise at the other end. My SO says it picks up too much outside noise. Plus, my ears start sweating :/ So mine has been relegated to watching videos. And the Blue Parrot remains in service.

I can't get the mic to work. I wanna use it for voice recording on phone. Any ideas what to do? Haven't tried it with calls yet, says its connected by Bluetooth and the headphones are working.

It will work for calls. But not recording videos on your phone. Often this is a software issue with your recording app used. But so far, I haven't found a way around this issue. Mine stays in the case. And is only used when watching movies. Complete waste of my money. Maybe someone else can weigh in on this. And advise which recording software is best.

I hate these new phones that no longer have headphone jax, I got the note 10 with headphone jax and use a gamer headset that has mic already- Astro 10- great for music and talking .

Need a cure for the background noise it produces. My brother gives it a 2/10. Everyone says the background noise is the worst they ever heard. This can't be possible with a $250 headset, can it?

The plastic is extremely cheap and flimsy. Each piece that holds the ear piece in place broke in several different places.
