I have never seen such blatant disrespect and disregard for laws - even unwritten societal rules - as I have seen the past 2 or so years. Absolutely disgusting, 24/7. Speed cameras? Bicycle lanes? What do they matter if the person driving has no citizenship, no ID, and a piece of paper where the license plate goes on their stolen vehicle?
