To someone like myself, who has never operated such a powerful machine. Its so much fun watching the power it has, and how you control that power. Some times I wish you had a camera trained on the controls, with a box showing it working, so we could see what your doing, and what its doing at the same time. But I guess were lucky to get what we get.

Thats a lot of wear on the undercairage of that dozer to be pushing trees to the back and mixing dirt in it as well , down here I use my frontend loader with a root rake to carry it to a place to burn and you get less dirt mixed in it .

It really does, it just grabs stuff and rips it out. I cleared 1 acre with a small tractor, took 3 years. took him 3 days, with little to no physical labor. I on the other hand added 10 years to my age.

A few years ago i was welding in a komatsu dealership and i used to put blade risers on those dozer blades and build ROPS for the new dozers. On much bigger machines mind you. Apart from the drama queen bitches that worked there it was a cream puff job. Komatsu makes good machines.

They don't own one. I was thinking loader or a small scraper, but scrapers are becoming extinct in some parts of the country. And it looks like they are mostly there. Where I live you might see one.

Dustin Logan I didn’t see anything there that was to big for a D6. His use of the Volvo is first class I’m not knocking that. I just haven’t use a excavator that size to clear with. I really want a 160-200 size but for now I make do with a dozer, a mini x and a cat skid steer.
