🌲 Hello and welcome to Holmåkra 22! 🌲
A new series that mainly will be focused around forestry and logging! With different setups, mods, etc.
In this episode, we're going to build our very own sawmill, but first we need to get rid of a few trees. To make the job easy, we'll be using the Hannibal Impex to harvest the trees and cut them into 13-meter logs. Then we'll use the Ponsse Clambunk to relocate the logs to make space for the construction. Once we have completed the sawmill, we'll load up a trailer with logs to test our new log crane for offloading.

Ty so much! 😄 It's a hard pick. But for pure forestry, I think Holmåkra is the best, simply because of the denser forests compared to Silverun Forest. 😁

@@Bambis_GamerHut I started holmåkra last night, is there any mods you use to help with depth of field for 1st person crane/harvest work? Or is it just hours of gameplay which has helped?

I use Tobii Eye/Head tracker, so I can actually move around in the cabin and it helps a lot. 😄 Before I had the tracker I used the mod 'Realistic Cab View' I'm pretty sure it's out for FS22 as well. 😁

The mod is called ''Wood Crane'' It's a trailer that you need to unfold. Once it's unfolded, the trailer will disappear. 😄

Nice video! Also how can you turn your harvester head when you got a tree inside to cut it? My harvester head just goes on a "free mode" when i grab a tree and turns in random directions.

​@@Bambis_GamerHut dammit I knew I was missing a mod. I'm playing this map with my brother, after figuring out a few kinks here and there with various mods we finally got around to actually logging and ZONK, the harvester does whatever it likes.

Dude, how can we increase the weight of the vehicles or weights in the game?

Not sure if you can do it with Giants own equipment but if you downloads mods you can edit the XML files. But it can be quite a hazzle, as you may have to change the spring, horsepower, and torque etc. as well. 😀
