Interception: Nova, Khora, Frost and Vauban are good in solo interception. Disruption: To just clear Disruption, you can equip a sentinel with a decent status chance sentinel weapon and mod it for cold. The cold procs will slow down the Demolishers enough that you can kill it with any somewhat decent weapon. Having them slowed, also lets you more easily forward face them and fire into their face for better dmg. If your actually farming Steel Path Disruption, you will need to better max out your weapons & optimize your build for fast Demolisher takedowns.

Interception is a rough one doing solo. The most optimal way to win it solo with little effort I remember was using Limbo as the goal was to not kill any enemy but keep them frozen. Other frames like Vauban also work, also Xaku as he can block doorways and prevent enemies reaching the console. Khora also works with her strangledome but it's very active and may need extra support from gear like your on-call crewmate and other summons. Not an expert on interception so I just tend to do it as a group lol.

Vauban would be my choice, but that's gonna take some investment to work. You are gonna need lots of energy, and max range. And your gonna have to travel the map throwing bastilles over alll the interception points. And as stated try not to kill anyone.

If you struggle with distribution, armor strip and alot of heat will kill the dudes.
