It's your property, and you can do whatever you want! Working with the excavator looks incredible, especially when you're using 'The Claw' to clear the area. In regard to your drone that landed itself in the water, if you're still within your warranty period you can contact DJI and they can perform a data analysis on your flight record to determine the cause of the incident. In some cases customers have received a replacement drone. Thanks for the videos. Love watching this project between the two channels.

Not taking long to clear your view of the pond, Brian! You definitely have a nice setup on your excavator! Oh yeah it’s going to produce some nice fish, brother! The haul truck will be able to haul a lot of loads! I was hoping Chris would put a thumb on his Volvo 350, I think it would benefit him when taking down trees and stacking his big burn piles! He likes to stack the debris high up in a pile! Helps the wind blow through it to dry it out faster! Thanks for sharing this video my friend! I’ve been praying for everyone affected by the hurricane, oh crap the drone went down! WOW, you can’t paddle a boat out and retrieve it? Take care Brian, see you in the next one brother! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙋🏼✌🏻✌🏻💯💯💯

Never heard the 500’ rule before, we have a burn pile 100’ behind my house and been burning limbs and yard debris for 10yrs there. At the point now where i need to scoop up all the ashes and spread it in the garden again
@BrushCommandoАй бұрын
@@young11984 “open burning” in NC is considered a fire larger than 6ft in diameter. A small fire in a fire pit within 100’ is fine. Every time I burn large piles of land clearing debris I must get a permit from the Forestry Service and follow the guidelines. Their fines are high if you’re within that 500’ distance… up to $25,000/Day
@young11984Ай бұрын
@@BrushCommando i usually have it stacked 10’high and its about 20’ across, i stack up stuff as it falls and last year a huge oak dropped 6 limbs one was 18” at the first cut so i was a pretty big fire. I always wait till its one of those miserable misty rains almost like dense fog then set it on fire so no hot embers will do anything. Yea i dont have anything near as massive as Chris has and only reason is i do not have an excavator to stack it that high lol, just an old track loader and front loader on my tractor

Would not recommend flying drones directly over reflective surfaces (like water) as it can confuse the sensors specially on the cheaper drones. I bet this is mentioned on user manuals, but is also mentioned on the mandatory courses people need to take to fly drones at least in Europe. Anyways sorry about your loss...

In the video when you stacked brush, I noticed you kept the saw to your left wrestling the trees. Then spin it 180 to cut them,what’s the advantage to plucking with the saw on the cab side of the machine?

HI AGAIN!!! My buddies commented that the attachment your using is a tree cutter and very expensive. Is it a good idea to use it for grubbing? One other thing. We are old guys and 3 of us are hearing impaired, Chris always uses closed caption in his video. It helps to know what your saying makes watching more enjoyable.

Hey there! I’ll look into the CC issue, it was enabled but did not transcribe for some reason. It may be a setting, I’ll check. It is an expensive attachment, that’s all I’ve ever used for clearing and grubbing though.. Well that and a stumper. Absolutely fascinating watching that tree/brush terminator gripping and ripping that area clean. Sucks about your 2 drones fate. Eagles see them as prey. I'm sure that eagle was surprised it wasn't. Most likely the blades made that uncomfortably clear.
