Beautiful property. Please don’t break the plates & furniture, so many people in need. Charity and second hands stores would gladly take all old items. Hope your property turns out as beautiful as this one… kzbin.info/www/bejne/qoarnYh7qaioabMsi=6r0sGMhRyVlfv00R

I watched both videos and you have a kind of funny ecclectic style of videotaping. And I love the place... Hope you will appreciate the classics and details and the tradition of the place. Please don't throw away the statues of saints! If you can't appreciate them, then at least put them in a gallery of found and funny.

Why destroy the plates. Can you not offer them for free?

Those Marian statues are worth hundreds of dollars if they're antique.

Oh I am one of the first 1000 subscribers! I like your project. It seems daunting but I think it helps if you get some clear results in the beginning. Like clearing out the rooms as you did. Then improving one room allowing you to live there then another. That is probably how I would do it to prevent feeling overwhelmed by it all. Good luck!

regular viewer of "Italian Property" and you have a gem. But one mans trash is another mans treasure especially when its time for design. cringed when I saw some items leaving. Also there are so many nice authentic Architectural features worth enhancing hope the sledge hammer escapes them. Congratulation and sub'd to see you progress.

This property will be amazing when finished, you have a huge job ahead. Very disappointed that you smashed the crockery, I'm sure you could have donated it to a charity and someone else would have been able to use it. Your actions were quite childish in this, not a good look at all.

😢Word! You dont have to care for old things, but If you do not, why renovate an old house? ... You could have stored the 100 year old furniture in the barn, during your renovation.

There was a bunch of furniture in the house and it was divided as following - 1. old furniture in great condition 2. "old furniture" from the 80s which was not our style 3. old furniture that had been chewed up by wood beetles and was falling apart from decay . The furniture in the first category, which included most of the wooden tables, the dressers, the plates, and even tablecloths, we kept in our side room. The second category we donated to a beneficienza, or charity shop, and the last category we are burning as it was falling apart. It was sad, especially throwing away some of the old chests, but that's the unfortunate thing about time and neglect.
